Dr. Caleb Belai is a Technology Transition Specialist and Sr. System Engineer. He has held technical positions at Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Systems Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). He has expertise in advanced technology program management, signal processing, navigation systems and system engineering. He has also developed and tested systems for a diverse set of programs (research, prototype and production) and platforms (missiles, satellites, ships, UAV, vehicles) across a wide range of environments (air, land, sea and space).
Dr. Belai received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and is a former NSF Fellow.
